A Fundraiser’s Thoughts

Permathoughts

This is an page of permanent thoughts that appears to cross my mind and are trying hard to escape to outer world!

iSupport concept

… i could define my contemporary existentialist era as those times when everything became understood only if digested through internal Self… therefore, the ‘i’ premise that surrounds my actions, my perceptions, my entire living, should take also its shape when we do believe someone deserve our trust and support…

viral marketing

Viral marketing and viral advertising refer to marketing techniques that use pre-existing social networks to produce increases in brand awareness, through self-replicating viral processes, analogous to the spread of pathological and computer viruses. It can be word-of-mouth delivered or enhanced by the network effects of the Internet.

It is claimed that a satisfied customer tells an average of three people about a product or service he/she likes, and eleven people about a product or service which he/she did not like.

Potential (SNP) and create Viral Messages that appeal to this segment of the population and have a high probability of being passed along.

The term “viral marketing” is also sometimes used pejoratively to refer to stealth marketing campaigns – the use of common key terms, to create the impression of spontaneous word of mouth enthusiasm.

Social Networking Potential (SNP) is a numeric coefficient, derived through algorithms to represent both the size of an individual’s social network and their ability to influence that network. SNP coefficients have two primary functions:
- the classification of individuals based on their Social Networking Potential, and
- the weighting of respondents in quantitative marketing research studies.

Variables used to calculate an individual’s SNP include but are not limited to: participation in Social Networking activities, group memberships, leadership roles, recognition, publication/editing/contributing to non-electronic media, publication/editing/contributing to electronic media (websites, blogs), and frequency of past distribution of information within their network.
